Today, with one of the Branch Director in Al-Isra' Group Ara Damansara ( AIGAD), Encik Abdul Rahim Noor.

8 years journey.
Ups and down, from one client to another client,
from one bussiness partner to another bussiness partner,
from one dreamboard to another dreamboard,
from one failure to another failure, then bounce back and make it happen until succed.

Few years ago.
What did people said when I talk about promotion as a Manager?

Some people said not yet.
Some people said not now.
Some people ignored.
Some people believed.
Some people gaved couraged.
Its not about what people see but its all about what I always see.
I see the clear picture of me as a Manager in 2025.

I always believed its not because someone who is potential to achieve that level but its happen because of His permission.

Praised to Allah SWT, its happen on the midldle of 2023.

Assalamualaikum semua,

Betul hijrah ini membawa barokah.
Hijrah juga menguji sebuah kesetiaan.
Rata-rata klien Moon masih nak Moon jaga mereka.
Subhanallah, tak terjangka ini nilai persahabatan dan silaturahim kami. They really touched my heart.

Ada yang sebut, dah mudah berurusan, ada juga yang sebut meraka buat sebelum ni kerana awareness Moon share. Kadang fikir perlu ke Moon nak mention dalam ni antara feedback Moon terima. Bila Moon fikir sejenak yes. Sebab Moon nak sesiapa yang ada agen sekarang, dan your agen masih aktif serta servis you. Itu adalah kelebihan. Selain itu Moon sangat hargai klien2 Moon yang sangat supportive serta positif menerima berita penghijrahan ini.

Btw, InsyaAllah I do my best to stay relevant in this Takaful Industry. Be in another level in Takaful Industry , as a Associates Consultant in Agent Leader Corporation ( ALC) System, it was a sacrification that we made towards give everyone around me a better opportunities and sustainability.
