🔥 STRATEGIC to COMEBACK STRONG IN Q2 🔥

Yesterday I had the opportunity to share on “Strategic Comeback Strong in Q2” with the GE Champions Group in Great Eastern Mall.

We emphasized on one key principle —
Q2 is not a continuation… it’s a COMEBACK.

After Q1, it’s time to:
✅ Reset your mindset
✅ Refocus your strategy
✅ Rebuild strong momentum
✅ Execute with SPEED & CONSISTENCY

Success in Q2 will not happen by chance —
it will be driven by daily discipline, aggressive actions, and strong teamwork.

My Best Wishes to all the 8 Group Sales Managers & to the entire team to rock 2026 successfully.

The mission is clear — COME BACK STRONGER & WIN BIGGER.

“This proud moment is not the destination — it is a reminder that greater victories are ahead.”

It is truly a proud moment for me and the Future Rise Agency Team to be part of the MCIS Life ELITE Chief Agency Manager Club.

We were honoured during the Lapel Pin Ceremony yesterday and it was a memorable moment celebrating together with our MCIS LIFE Chairman, CEO, CAO, and CMO. It was also an inspiring session where we clearly understood the next direction and vision of our company.

This recognition motivates us even more to push harder and achieve greater milestones.

Let’s work even harder in the next 8 months and make 2026 another breakthrough year filled with success and achievements for all of us.
