📍 Location: HARITHNA & PARTNERS SDN. BHD Suite 723, Level 7, Block A3, Leisure Commerce Square, Jalan PJS 8/9, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💰 Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 (based on experience)

🔍 Key Responsibilities
✅ Contact and follow up with customers on overdue accounts
✅ Negotiate and monitor repayment plans
✅ Maintain detailed records of communication and payment status
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines

👤 Requirements
✔️ Experience in credit recovery or customer service is an advantage
✔️ Good communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Able to work under minimum supervision
✔️ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
