It was a pleasure for us at CGC Digital to support CGC Malaysia at the 2nd edition of CTOS SME Biz Day, held on 28 July at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang.
The event brought together business owners, entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners for a day of networking and knowledge sharing. We also had the opportunity to speak on “Unlocking MSME Growth Through Digital Marketplace”, where we highlighted that improving access to financing goes beyond providing more financing options—it also involves helping MSMEs become financing-ready by understanding the solutions available, and knowing where to find the right support at different stages of their business journey.
As the financing ecosystem continues to grow, bridging the information gap is just as important as bridging the financing gap. Through stronger ecosystem collaboration and easily-accessible digital platforms such as imSME, we can make financing easier for MSMEs to discover, understand and navigate, empowering them to grow with greater confidence.
