Does my AIA Medical Card cover COVID-19 hospitalisation?
The answer is YES!

🌏AIA COVID-19 HOSPITALISATION T&C🌏
1️⃣Only for Category 3 – 5 with “Medically Necessary” needed.
2️⃣All the treatment bills are based on “Paid & Claim” basis.
3️⃣Claim subjected to medical plan annual limit basis.
4️⃣Claim documents required: -
☑️Hospitalisation Claim Form
☑️Original hospital invoice, itemised bills & payment receipts
☑️All imaging & laboratory reports such as x-rays and blood test results

🏥PROCESS OF HOSPITAL ADMISSION🏥
1️⃣Call & report to KKM for the diagnosis.
2️⃣Get referral letter from KKM about admission to private hospital.
3️⃣Call & make sure of C19 room availability from the private hospital reception.
4️⃣If C19 room is available, submit the KKM letter & place deposit around RM10,000 for admission treatments.
5️⃣After discharged from admission, collect all reports & original receipts and pass to agent for claim submission. Claim release within 2 weeks from the date of submission.
