1.Delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services, and explaining products and product prices.
2.Answering customer information about products and benefits.
3.Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
4.Following up on previous customers for potential sales
5.Maintaining records of customer contacts
6.Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Job Requirements
Minimum Spm or Diploma
Sales Driven
Enjoy promoting via phone call
Excellent communication skills.
The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
Good sales ability.
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Able to start immediately
