In order to improve cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, adults aged 18–64 should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity throughout the week or do at least 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity?

Simple physical activities include the likes of walking, dancing, gardening, hiking, swimming and these simple day-to-day activities can reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) and depression.

has a bigger purpose and meaning for everyone at MCIS Life. Earlier this morning, we handed over a financial contribution for the sum of RM20,000 to the family of the late Corporal Safwan Muhammad Ismail, who died whilst on duty at a road block in Kajang recently. He will best be remembered as among the brave frontliners who served the nation during the movement control order period.
