🔹 Min 1-2 years supervisory experience in Debt Recovery / Tele-marketing
🔹 Strong leadership, data analysis, and coaching skills

2️⃣ Tele Collector
🔹 Fresh graduates are welcome! (SPM holder or higher)
🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills (BM or English)
