很多人第一次买房子的时候，banker一定会说：
“ 你一定要买房贷保险 MRTA，我们才可以贷款给你，而且利息比较低”
很多人为了借到 loan 而同意,
其实他们自己也不知道买了什么，也不知道还有更好的选择
第一【 ？】

👉 因为这样做，他们可以赚更多！
首先，MRTA要一次性交完30年的保费
你可以选择【 #一次性给完 】或【 】
大多数的人一定选择【 】

这样你就掉入银行的 “陷进” 里
一般Mrta大概在RM15k以上，
放进30年的贷款里，每个月分期，
给到来DOUBLE了，差不多RM27k‼️
这样银行又可以多赚你一笔利息‼️

第二【买MRTA=100%的保障？】

👉 大错特错！
很多人以为买了MRTA，房贷自动还清，这是错的
主要是因为MRTA的保障每一年会跌，越来越低

而我们给的贷款在开始的10年里，大部分都在还利息

您好！之前拜读了财富问诊中的一个个案，当中一小篇幅有提到中国爷爷和美国爷爷累积财富的区别。至今令我比较纳闷和不解的是，美国爷爷的区别。美国爷爷有100万，会把70万享受生活，30万买保险。因而往生的时候大儿子.....
