Your voices are heard. Our portfolio change feature is live.
Hello investors,
We're glad to inform you that if you'd like to change your portfolio, you can now do so through the app and we'll handle everything in the back end.
Kindly update your Wahed app to be able to access this feature. Please note that you do not need to change your portfolio.
If you wish to do so, here's how you can do it:
Login to the app and go the main menu
Go to your Account Details screen
Under 'My investment account' tap on your account type
Tap on 'Change my portfolio' at the bottom of the screen
This will allow you to retake the questionnaire or simply browse through our portfolios.
If your account is active and funded, your positions will be adjusted within the next 1-3 business days.
If you haven't funded your account yet, the new portfolio will be updated immediately.
A few things to keep in mind
If you're account is active and funded, you'll only be able to change your portfolio once every three months
Please remember that this is a long term investment platform. A more aggressive portfolio may not be necessarily better for all users
