We'd filtered out 15 listed companies in Bursa Malaysia market with net cash status. We tried our bes tto make sure the information is up-to-date on the time we completed the list.

The conditions of our filter are:
1. Net Cash Position - it doesn't mean they're debt free, Net Cash means the company has sufficient cash in hands to cover all existing debts that include both short and long term debts.
- some of them are totally debt free on the time we filtered it,based on the latest quarterly report.

2. Potentially Strong to survive current Covid-19 or alike crisis.
- good cash in hand means they won't have problem at current crisis-like situation.
- meanwhile, the business types are likely able to continue as their business products/services have their own moats.

3. Price to Book(PB) ratio is getting attractive.
- based on current market condition, we're in view that it's safer to refer to PB ratio than PE as Book Value does not changed too quickly/sensitively as to compared to PE which is calculated based on Price over Earnings.

US massive Quantitative Easing (QE) of US700bil & rate cut to zero (0%) had just shocked the global market and led to steeper drop.

Malaysia FBMKLCI tracking the global movement, dropped 3%

Follow investors, kindly do not catch the falling knife. It's cheaper now than average 5yrs median price but it could get cheaper.

Rationalize your motives before investing in.

Tips:
before investing - draw a plan, mark down prices you intended to buy.
split your fund into 10 portions, and buy in at each price separately, to further mitigate risk.

The US Dow Jones Index dropped another 5.86%(1464.94pts).

The drop was not immediately followed by a strong rebound, sending a strong signal the market is on the brink of heading into bear market.

Despite there're many stocks are seen trading at multiple year low, it is best to buy into them only when the stocks are backed up strong fundamentals, and best having a sound investment plan before locking in.

We wish all investors steering safe in this eventful time.

This table is a statistic,based on S&P500 and tells us the probability of "Frequency & Magnitude of Corrections" from year 1926 to 2019.

Apparently a 10% to 20% corrections happened for 8 times which is about 7% chance. Corrections more than 20% is even rarer with a chance at 3% and less.

So the question now is, how an average investor can live with these odds? And an investor pulls the trigger to buy during these critical crisis-like times?
