保险怎么越做越开心? 越做越踏实?
因为真诚和用心。
话说,我有个客户的老公, 已经有糖尿的病患, 之前有听说过这位uncle 很想要有个跟着潮流的医保卡,但是由于有病状了,又是糖尿的。 是不能买了。
uncle ,要70岁了,钱。。。不是问题;
看来,我真的是心痒痒了。
那天,这位客服联络我,要问我的意见,
”Priscilla ah , 想问你, 我老公以前有个医药卡, 很旧了的,在其他公司的,
那天,我收到讯息,可以让我的老公无条件的upgrade,只是加钱,你觉得如何?
哇! 我当场听到的,不知道为什么跳了起来! 很开心的跟客户说! GO HEAD! 💪🏻 还跟客户讲解了这个campaign的好处。
还跟客户说,珍惜这个机会,机会难得啊!
还开玩笑说着,唉哟。。。 怎么变成我跟其他公司冲业绩🤭 换着我,倒是真的真的心痒痒的。
客户也笑我。 可能天真吧。呵呵呵。
总知,这是天大好机会,
客户如果错过了这个机会,几时还能再来?
过了几天,我联络了客户,问到,upgrade了吗?
客户说,upgrade了。我莫名的为她们开心🤩
我觉得,我虽然没做到生意,但是,我赢了。
我赢得一个安心,我赢得了每个轻松安眠的夜晚( 虽然我多梦🤭)
而不是为了冲自己的业绩,要跟客户转风向,导致他们失去了机会。
我个人认为,不管做什么,把利益建在客户身上,
得到客户的信赖和认可,
胜过上台拿奖,毕竟我也拿到手酸了🤭
但,还可以再继续拿的话,
拿到手断都没问题🤭

Why does doing insurance make me happier and more grounded?
Because of sincerity and genuine care.
I have a client’s husband who already has diabetes.
I heard that he really wanted a trendy medical card,
but because of his condition,
he couldn’t buy one.
He’s almost 70 years old and money isn’t the issue. Honestly, that made me really eager to help.
One day, a customer service rep contacted me,
asking for my opinion:
“Priscilla, my husband has an old medical card from another company. I just got a message saying he can upgrade it unconditionally, just by paying extra. What do you think?”
I instantly jumped with excitement and told my client, “Go ahead! 💪🏻” I explained the benefits of the campaign and told her to treasure this rare opportunity. I even joked, “Oh wow… now I’m competing sales with other companies 🤭” probably because I’m too sincere.
The client laughed at me, maybe thinking it’s naive. Haha.
This really is a golden opportunity.
If the client misses it, who knows when it will come again?
A few days later, I checked back, and she said they upgraded.
I felt genuinely happy for them 🤩.
Even though I didn’t make a sale myself, I won.
I won peace of mind and restful nights (well, even if I dream a lot 🤭).
I didn’t push my own sales targets or steer them away from a good deal.
For me, no matter what I do, if I put the client’s benefit first and earn their trust and recognition, it’s far better than just collecting awards , even though I do get my hands sore from holding those trophies! 🤭
But if the awards come, I’ll happily take them, even if my hands break! 🤭
