1. Terms & Conditions
By engaging with REXC Management and Services Agency, you agree to the following:
We act as an insurance agency/intermediary representing licensed insurance providers
All insurance policies are subject to the terms set by the respective insurer
Premium payments made are for policy processing and submission to the insurer
Policy approval is subject to underwriting by the insurance company
Customers must ensure all information provided is accurate and complete
Any misrepresentation may result in policy rejection or cancellation
🔒 2. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010:
Personal data collected includes name, IC/passport, contact details, and financial info
Information is used strictly for:
Insurance application processing
Policy servicing and support
Data may be shared only with:
Licensed insurance providers
Regulatory authorities when required
We do not sell or misuse customer data
💸 3. Refund Policy
Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once policy is issued
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the insurance provider’s terms
Any cancellation before policy issuance may be eligible for refund (minus admin fees)
Processing timeline depends on the insurer

Fulfilment
Insurance documents will be issued by the respective insurer
Softcopy policies are typically delivered via email or PDF WhatsApp.
Processing time varies depending on:

Customers are responsible to review policy details upon receipt

Policy cancellation must be requested directly through our agency
Cancellation terms are subject to insurer policies
