The focus is on quality products sold by official manufacturer outlets or fully authorised dealers, with world-class brands such as, Coach, Habib Jewels, La Senza, Pandora, Kiehl's & L’Occitane and MPH Bookstore, many of whom made their first appearance in Sarawak. The near future also sees the opening of Sephora and a Swedish clothing brand. The concourses are spacious and brightly lit, yet not crammed with promotional displays and exhibits, so the mall never feels crowded, even on the busiest days. There are frequent events and activities taking place, well planned and properly managed to enhance the shopping and dining activities. Its yearly Community Fun Run event, tHe Spring Live Active Run, is in its third year and continues to garner new and returning participants, both local and international. Aside from promoting health and fitness, it serves as a platform in giving back to the local charities.
