Hi guys❗️when you loan from the bank to buy a house 🏠, bank will ask you to buy insurance🔐. Do you know what’s difference between MRTA (from bank) and MLTA .
Today I share with u what our housing insurance (MLTA) can do for you , But bank (MRTA) can’t be given to you .
👉 If you're healthy, MLTA will get back all the money that you have put in + (higher than the bank!). But MRTA can’t ❌.
👉 If your housing loan is RM500,00, after years of paying (left RM250,000), Once unfortunately like accident death or death, MLTA will pay the total amount of (RM500,000) and your beneficiary (you or your loved ones) will received. They will decide how to use that money wisely
👉 MLTA can be used to deduct tax , but MRTA can only be used for 1 home loan .
👉 MLTA can choose to protect Critical illness, but MRTA can‘t ❌.
👉 If an accident happen or death happens , MLTA will pay you double. but MRTA can‘t ❌.
