TRUST & RESPONSIBILITY

I received a text from my client who has only been with me for a short period of 7 month only as her servicing Agent to do advance payment for herself and her daughter.

She then proceeded to apologize for troubling me doing this for her. I paused for a moment and thought to myself how grateful I am for her trust in me to take care of her policy.

I told her, it's okay, it is my responsibility.

Money banked in and policy paid at least until next year 2023 for her and her daughter ✅

I knew deep down venturing into the insurance industry requires a long term commitment because you are required to take care of your client for as long as they live/policy matures/surrender/I stop breathing.
