It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Johnson Thian Chong Sing on 12th December 2025.

The wake will be held on 15 and 16 December 2025, followed by the funeral service on 17 December 2025.

A little of insight into our founder's cancer battling journey, it started in mid-2021 diagnosed with colorectal cancer started treatment of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, had twice surgery.
Along side with the treatments and follow ups with doctors, he has been showing incredible courage and sharing his self motivation of positive mindset to other patients through CORUM (peer support ) group of which he also organised a charity event in Sept 2023 with overwhelming respond & support from all over. We are indeed blessed to have him as our respectable founder. We wish him strength to continue with the treatments.

Our founder, Mr Johnson Thian, was in Singapore for a workshop by an invitation form Pinnacle Australia www.pinnacle-patient.com, and this post was from one of the invitees from China, according to Mr Johnson it was a great experience and sharing form China, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia & Mongolia.
