今天有一位客户跟我说:
你真的跟其他保险人员不一样,谢谢你的提醒,不然我都不知道原来保费没有扣到。也才发现原来信用卡已经到期了。
现在大家生活忙碌,很多保单都是设定信用卡自动扣款,
但信用卡有可能到期、换卡、limit不够,或者银行系统更新,都会导致扣款失败,而客户自己也未必会第一时间发现。
所以我平时都会习惯帮客户定期检查、提醒和跟进,
不是因为我太紧张,而是希望每一位客户的保障都一直有效。
对我来说,做保险不只是签单,
而是一份长期的责任。
提醒你,是我的工作,也是我对客户最基本的负责。
记得检查自己的保单哟
Today one of my clients told me,
“You are really different from other insurance agents. Thank you for reminding me, otherwise I wouldn’t even realize that my premium didn’t go through, and only then we found out that my credit card had already expired.”
Nowadays everyone is busy, and many policies are set with auto debit from credit card.
Sometimes the card expires, gets replaced, limit is insufficient, or the bank system updates, which may cause the payment to fail without the client noticing it immediately.
That’s why I always make it a habit to help my clients check, remind, and follow up regularly.
Not because I worry too much, but because I want every client’s protection to always stay active.
For me, doing insurance is not just about signing a policy,
it is a long-term responsibility.
Reminding you is part of my job, and also the most basic responsibility I have towards my clients.
