🚨 Putra Heights Explosion Incident – Allianz Malaysia Stands Ready to Help

Our hearts are with the individuals and families impacted by the recent explosion in Putra Heights. During this challenging time, Allianz Malaysia is committed to easing the recovery process with the following support measures:

✅ Waived Documentation for Claims
- **Non-Motor Insurance Claims**: Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) reports are waived.
- **Motor Insurance Claims**: Police/Bomba reports are *not required* (as per standard practice).

✅ **On-Ground Assistance**
Our team is on-site to assist with **vehicle relocation** for both customers and non-customers, in collaboration with authorities.

✅ **Financial Support for Policyholders**
Active motor policyholders are eligible for a **one-time RM2,500 cash relief** under the **Allianz We Care** campaign*.

Putra Heights Explosion Incident

Our hearts go out to all the individuals and families affected by the recent explosion in Putra Heights. We understand the challenges faced during this difficult time.

To ease the claims process, Allianz Malaysia has waived the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report for Non-Motor insurance claims related to this incident. For Motor insurance claims, police and Bomba reports are not required as per our standard practice.

Our team has been deployed to the site to assist authorities, customers, and non-customers with vehicle relocation.

Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad (Allianz General) launched Allianz Truck Warrior, the first roadside assistance for lorries and trucks in Malaysia.

This is a new supplemental benefit that provides roadside assistance to Allianz Goods Carrying Vehicle (comprehensive) policyholders involved in accidents or breakdowns. It’s also the first coverage of its kind in Malaysia!
