PM me for more info about Quayside JBCC
I bought a unit at Quayside JBCC for RM 680,000 (slightly below S$200,000). For those interested in buying 4D, the unit number is 27-19.
This was Nurul's first sale. She was so happy that she almost cried for joy.
Was it a good price? It was the market price. I did not press down the price. Nurul needed the few RM more than me.
If Nurul were a Singaporean, she would surely tell the whole Malay community to vote TKL for president.
During the presentation, I saw that more than half of the units had been sold. I asked Nurul to send me the numbers. This project appear to be selling well.
The project gave a guaranteed return of 6% (actually 5.5% after expenses) for the first 5 years and a projected higher return (not guaranteed) based on 70% share of the net hotel revenue for another 15 years. It also offered 8 days of free stay a year to the buyer.
The hotel will be managed by Oakwood, a reputable, international 4 star operator.
It gave a reasonably good return to the investor. However I bought the unit to help Nurul with her first sale, which meant so much to her. I am loyal to my friends.
