Measuring the volume of stockpiles frequently is much needed in cement industry and mining for production and financial calculations.

It's eliminates the need to climb upon stockpiles and significantly improves employee safety. Using a drone resulted in a 60% reduction of man-hours required to monitor stockpile volumes. Moreover, it is more accurate, affordable and quick data collection(Stock pile measurement can be done in few minuets/hours, compared with the traditional methods which may take days to finalize the job.).
