🔥国家银行将Refinancing (房屋再翻借）Cash Out 部分=缩短至10年供期🔥

❌这是另人失望的决策，银行可以从中获取利益，而借贷者则无法享有Refinancing 及资产增值带来的好处

❌假若300k的现金（Cash Out)，若以30年为支付，每月的供期会是Rm1600左右。若是改为10年供期，则需要Rm3200左右。对于投资人来说，要以租金做为供期的打算，基本不可能。同时会面对违约风险（Default Agreement)

❌土地抵押尚且能够15年，房屋却缩减2/3的时间变成10年，个人及企业需要在短时间内还清贷款，这将导致现金流出现问题。个人及企业债务比例高涨。

⭕若是政策必须实行，国家银行至少应该采取伸缩性的方式，让银行佣有权利，针对不同的顾客群来给于不同的贷款抵押时间。
