- Menyediakan minit mesyuarat untuk mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Syariah (JKS)
- Menyedia dan menyusun kertas kerja Syariah untuk mesyuarat JKS
- Menyelaras dan berkomunikasi dengan ahli JKS serta pihak koperasi untuk mengatur dan menjadualkan mesyuarat

✅ *Kelayakan*
- Latar belakang dalam bidang Syariah / Pengajian Islam atau bidang yang berkaitan
- Kemahiran organisasi dan komunikasi yang kukuh
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (motosikal amat digalakkan)
- Bersedia untuk melakukan perjalanan ke koperasi seperti yang diperlukan
- Pengalaman atau pendedahan berkaitan Koperasi adalah satu kelebihan
- Boleh bekerja dengan pengawasan minimum

Tawafuq Consultancy is delighted to have guided AG Asia Group Berhad in achieving Shariah compliance status for its Islamic Business Venture based on the Wakalah bi al-Istithmar structure.

The Shariah compliance certification exercise was successfully completed on 31 March 2026, which covers an end-to-end Shariah-compliant for the business venture. We wish that this Shariah-compliant solution will bring meaningful benefit to AG Asia Group Berhad and the society.

Tawafuq Consultancy is delighted to have guided Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd in achieving Shariah compliance status for its Islamic Leasing (Ijarah) structure for the battery of the newly launched QV-E electric vehicle.

The Shariah compliance certification exercise was successfully completed on 1 December 2025, which coincides with the official launch of Malaysia’s latest homegrown EV — Perodua QV-E. This certification covers an end-to-end Shariah-compliant leasing arrangement for the QV-E battery under Perodua’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model.

We wish that this Shariah-compliant solution will bring meaningful benefit to Perodua Sales Sdn Bhd, its customers, and the wider society, especially in supporting the nation’s transition toward sustainable mobility.

Encik Borhanudin brings with him over 28 years of distinguished leadership and experience in both the telecommunications and takaful industries. His extensive career includes key roles at Maxis Communications Berhad, VADS Berhad, Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad, and Great Eastern Takaful Berhad. His appointment marks another milestone in his accomplished journey of leadership, innovation, and service to the takaful sector.
