Together with STEP – Advising Families Across Generations (Malaysia) and the Association of Shariah Advisors In Islamic Finance - ASAS, we were honoured to host the Islamic Wealth & Legacy Forum 2026 on 12 August in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Themed “Beyond Faraid: Islamic Wealth Governance, Labuan Structures and Legacy Continuity,” the forum brought together legal, wealth management and estate planning professionals to explore practical approaches to Islamic wealth and legacy planning.

A key highlight was a panel discussion, “Labuan IBFC as a Platform for Islamic Wealth and Family Governance”, moderated by Masdayana Md Setamam, CEO of Bank Islam Trust Ltd. – a Labuan Trust Company, featuring:
