The first picture may seem funny but it is quite saddening.
Would this be the or 10years down the road in KLCC area?
The second and third picture were the recent pictures a Hongkong client of ours sent to us.
Look at the size as small as 181sqft, they named it as in the market. The selling price is ranging from 16,000~20,000HKD per sqft (RM8000~10,000 per sqft)
Our prime area KLCC condominiums are now generally selling at RM1,400~2,000 per sqft, with some super exclusive condos selling at RM2,500~3,000.
What do you say? Is our KL property price reasonable and invest-able?
