Responsibilities :
A person who will be performing upkeep and repair activities within any company assets occupied or vacant house and room on daily basis within Klang Valley.

All assets should be maintained in the best condition possible in terms of furniture, fittings and appliances before it is leased out to guests.

Assisting Project and Site Managers in performing assessment and repairs whenever required.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge regarding electrical circuits, home distribution boards and wiring in general.

Basic knowledge in HVAC servicing and maintenance.

Basic knowledge in plumbing and repairs
Experience in fixing drywall, skimming, and painting.

Experience in basic power tool usage and maintenance (drills, grinders, etc)

Job Responsibilities ·
Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building and grounds at various facilities/sites including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks;
· To perform maintenance repairs and services. To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations;
· Conduct corrective service and repair/restoration works where and when necessary;
· Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to ensure the working conditions of all equipment;
· Manage an inventory record of parts and supplies, tools and equipment;
· Perform general maintenance work;
· Operates and perform periodical checks on the maintenance equipment and other related equipment.
· Create a periodic maintenance schedule and also design preventive maintenance programs for the properties
· Highlight on any other matters that needs future upgrading work;
· Perform other duties from the norm as requested by Hotel Manager or the reporting officer

We are looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues. You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.
Housekeeper Responsibilities:

1. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
