Today, we proudly celebrate our Group Chairperson, Datoโ Angie Ng Wai Sam, following her feature in The Edge Malaysia article, โA Legacy Built on Dedication and Trust.โ
Her journey in property management began not with a title, but with a decision to step forward when a development required better financial control, stronger governance and more accountable leadership.
Over nearly 30 years, Datoโ Angie has served more than 15 terms across eight Kuala Lumpur developments. Her approach combines financial discipline, professional expertise, uncompromising attention to safety and maintenance, and the belief that every committee decision must protect the interests of owners and the future of the property.
Her forward-looking leadership is also reflected in EZT Property Managementโs investment in technology. With more than 2,000 units under management, the Group has developed one-stop digital solutions that give owners clearer oversight of rentals, charges, bills and repair mattersโturning information into better decisions.
Her contributions have been recognised through The Edge Malaysia Exemplary Contribution to Management Corporations Award 2026 and the Editorsโ Choice Award. For all of us at EZT Property Management, this recognition is a source of immense pride and a powerful reminder that meaningful leadership is measured by the lasting value it creates for others.
Once again, congratulations to Datoโ Angie. We also extend our sincere appreciation to The Edge Malaysia for bestowing this distinguished honour in recognition of Datoโ Angie's exemplary leadership and outstanding contributions to the property management industry.

For Datuk Angie Ng Wai Sam, property management is not just the responsibility of the property managers or developers. Owners, particularly those who serve on a management corporation (MC) or joint management body (JMB), also have a role to play.
