🏗️ GEOHAN SECURES RM37 MILLION HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT

Geohan Corporation Bhd has secured a RM37 million contract for specialist construction works related to a high-rise residential development in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur.

The project comprises:
🏢 Two serviced apartment towers
📍 58 and 55 storeys
🏠 1,546 units
🔨 Earthworks, piling and substructure works
📅 Target completion: August 2027

The latest contract brings Geohan’s 2026 contract wins to approximately RM250 million, while its outstanding order book has grown to RM457 million.

The contract win further strengthens Geohan’s project pipeline and highlights continued opportunities in Malaysia’s high-rise residential construction sector.
