FMOS was pleased to participate in the FIMM Annual Convention (FIMMAC) 2026, organised by the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel on 13 August 2026.

It was a great opportunity to introduce FMOS and share our role in providing an alternative avenue for resolving financial and capital market disputes with UTS and PRS consultants, industry professionals and members of the public.

As financial fraud becomes increasingly sophisticated, collaboration remains key to strengthening consumer protection.

FMOS is honoured to be the Supporting Partner of the 4th Annual Asia Anti-Fraud Leaders' Summit 2026.

Our Ombudsman for Banking, Islamic Banking and Payment Systems, Pn Intan Khadiza, will speak on the panel, "Malaysia's Role in the ASEAN Anti-Fraud Ecosystem – From National Response to Regional Leadership," on 18 August 2026.
Drawing on FMOS's experience in resolving financial disputes, the session will explore collaborative approaches to fraud prevention, victim recovery, and building a more resilient financial ecosystem.

We look forward to engaging with fellow industry stakeholders and contributing to meaningful conversations on tackling financial fraud.
