On 9 June 2026, the FMOS insurance team delivered a presentation on dispute resolution at the 12th Leaders Convention at Vivatel Kuala Lumpur, organised by the Great Eastern Life Group Sales Managers Association Malaysia (GSMA).

During our sharing session, we highlighted FMOS’s crucial role as an alternative dispute resolution channel. Our discussion covered effective complaint-handling practices, the importance of treating consumers fairly, and shared industry best practices in financial dispute resolution, along with real-life cases we have successfully managed.
