不止遗嘱，还有保单的受益人哦。不少保险公司的赔偿都进了Unclaimed money dept，原因就是没有填写受益人资料。

Will writing is important, just as well as Nominees (or "Beneficiary' which is more commonly called) in insurance policies. Lots of insurance claim pay out went into unclaimed money department, because there are lots of policy holders didn't fill in for Nominees!

立遗嘱是爱的表现。

对当事人来说，闭上眼睛两脚一直，尘归尘土归土，世间的一切与我无关，走了就是走了。

但留下来的人，除了要适应没有你的日子，还要去处理你留下来的摊子。想念你的夜晚还要担心找不到担保人和付不起昂贵的律师费，那才是雪上加霜。

立下遗嘱，能大大减轻身边人的烦恼，降低亲人对簿公堂的风险，把分配遗产的掌控权握在自己手中，以自己的智慧和话语权处理辛辛苦苦累积下来的财富。

不想留给孩子，也可以把钱和产业捐给自己心属的机构，如母校，宗教团体，慈善机构等等。

所以，我才会说立遗嘱是爱的表现。心中有爱的人，才会替他人着想，即使走后也可以让自己生前的爱与关怀延续下去。

无常与明天，哪个先到？

昨天出发前穿了大衣给女儿看。

“爸爸帅吗？” 我问。

女儿不以为然地打量一下，轻轻地抛了一句：“很像穷人跟人家借衣服。”

她是看不惯爸爸帅罢了。她是看不惯爸爸帅罢了。爸爸还是帅的。爸爸还是帅的。

亲生的，我跟自己说。（说完后，再考虑要不要改遗嘱。）
