Monoland is indeed a reputable boutique developer in Malaysia. Established since early 1990s, it has undertaken several projects including Central Park, Gurney Park, The Oval, 8 Gurney, Oval Tower, Quadro Residences and ViPod Suites. The Soho Suites development is launched in few phases. The first phase comprises of units from ground to 19th floor, and is tagged from RM750 psf. Phase 2 comprises units located from 20th to 27th floor, at RM950 psf onwards. Meanwhile, Phase 3 comprises of units located from 28th floor to 34th floor, and priced from RM1,050 psf onwards. Phase 4 is yet to be launched. Indeed, this project is a sell-out for many reasons. One of them is its Soho concept, whereby there are many successful Soho products such as Empire Subang and Axis Sohu. Besides that, the price tag of Soho Suites is tempting and affordable among local investors to chip in. Also, its great location is another factor that makes this property sells like a hot ‘pisang goreng’.
