"自雇人士跟打工一族，其实分别很大⚠️。
打工一族进公司，有年假、有福利，有时还有 group insurance 🏢。
但 freelancer、自雇人士，很多都没有 EPF、没有 SOCSO。

"如果屋子是两公婆名字👨‍👩‍👧，我会建议两个都要有 MLTA。
谁付得多，谁买大一点，另一半买小一点，分担风险🛡️。
不可能一个买，一个不用。
屋子就像柱子，少一个都会摇🏠。
