This claim has left me with a lot of thoughts.
My client was diagnosed with cancer and is now going through one of the toughest periods of life.
The final approved claim was RM104,037.58.
Honestly, it was difficult for me to accept.
I even found myself thinking about it at night.
At the time, the client chose a level of coverage that felt affordable.
But looking back, I kept thinking—if the critical illness coverage had been higher, this would not just be a claim payout, but could provide living expenses, treatment costs and income support during recovery.
This claim is more than just a case to me.
It is a reminder:
You don’t know whether your coverage is enough when you buy it.
You only know when you truly need it. ❤️
