JOB DESCRIPTION
Prospects:
Initially the selected person starts as a ELITE Life Planner for 18 Months and paid monthly bonus as Stated Below: (Terms & Conditions Apply)

ELITE PRO - Minimum Average Monthly Income RM 3200 with past 3 months proof of income. Qualify for monthly bonuses ranging from RM 4000 to RM 9000 first 6 months and subsequently up to 18 months.

ELITE LIFE PLANNER – Minimum Average Monthly Income RM 2400 with past three months proof of income. Based on performance ELITE Life Planners can also earn monthly bonuses and become ELITE Pro

FLEXI LIFE PLANNERS – Qualify for monthly bonus with minimum production of RM 1200 per month. Has to be active every month with minimum production to enjoy additional 20 % commissions.

RESPONSIBILIIIES:-
First 18 Months appointed as Elite Pro Life Planner ​

Fulfil the Terms & Conditions to qualify for the monthly bonus

Follow the AIA Elite Pro Life Planner Training Guide

Participate in Joint Field Work and Coaching Session by the leader monthly.
Plan daily Appointments and sales activities.
Make Income plans for the long term, middle and short term and adhere to your own plans

– (Agency Leader will assist and guide)
Participate In Phone Picnics and other Agency and Central Activity Programme.
