Equipped with extensive experience in property industry, ICON team provides a fusion of services encompass property sales & marketing consultancy, project management services, and Real Estate Agency (REA) within Malaysia.

ICON is setup in 2020, a year when most of the industry and the world is highly affected due to the pandemic. Property market has a multiplier effect in over 140 industries and is very reliant on domestic consumption. The ICONIC team believes that this is a year worth remembering and their experiences tell them that the property market will eventually rise and it is definitely the right time to set a firm base this year, planning ahead what the market needs in the future.
The team sees great opportunities during the down time where developers have to reshuffle their strategies, pulling their resources internally, reaching back out to the real estate agencies and pushing them hard for sales conversion.
Most of the property developer market now are highly reliant on real estate agencies, however these agencies might not share the same common value with the developers, and might not align with the developers’ overall strategy as a whole.
