2️⃣ Will joint property automatically transfer to me after my partner's death?
Answer: No, the distribution of the estate needs to follow Malaysia's inheritance laws or the will written by the deceased.

3️⃣ Can I leave my property to friends instead of family?
Answer: Yes, you can distribute your assets to anyone you believe is appropriate, including friends and charitable organizations.

4️⃣ What happens if I don't have a will?
Answer: Without a will, the estate will be distributed according to Malaysia's Distribution Act 1958, but unmarried partners, same-sex partners, and unrecognized relationships cannot be statutory heirs.
