Klang Valley’s MRT 3 Circle Line, which was previously shelved by the former Pakatan Harapan government, is now back on track. As announced by Transport Minister Dr Wee Ka Siong recently, the MRT 3 project is aimed to be fully completed by 2030 and it will start partial operations by 2028. The new rail project is estimated to cost RM31 billion excluding land acquisition. The land acquisition is forecasted to cost around RM8.4 billion and the project is said to be open for tender in May.

MRT 3 Circle Line is a 50.8km long rail loop around the Klang Valley with a total of 31 stations including 10 interchanges. MRT 3 is expected to be completed by 2030.

早上吃早餐时，听到隔壁桌子有两位uncle在对话：

UNCLE A : “前两天银行又起利息”
UNCLE B : “是啦，很7够力高咯”

UNCLE A : “很烂叼的啦，以前跌利息的时候又慢慢跌哦，现在起又起到甘lan7快、又多”
UNCLE B : “我有个朋友啊，之前他的贷款，每个月只是3千多，现在他的贷款是4千多咯”

UNCLE A : “哇！甘lan7高！！！！

我坐在隔壁心想 ：（3千多是3千1 还是3千9？3千9起到4千出，很正常啊。而且银行宣布升利息，是下个quarter才会调整，不是今天宣布明天立刻起利息的）

然后，好奇那些利息被调整后，会有多大分别。原来真的会从3千多变成4千多的。😂😂😂

New route makes it easier to KL, benefitting 40,000 Kinrara, Puncak Jalil residents

SUBANG JAYA, July 14 — The opening of a new route at Jalan Kinrara 6 connecting it to Persiaran Puncak Jalil has benefited an estimated 40,000 residents in the surrounding area.

Kinrara state assemblyman Ng Sze Han said the road, which opened on Friday with a cost of over RM7 million, also included the construction of a drainage system and makes it easier for the public to get in and out of Kuala Lumpur.

He said the route had been completed earlier this year but needed time to be opened to users due to technical issues, such as installing traffic lights.

“The earlier plan did not include traffic lights but the Subang Jaya City Council felt it is necessary to install the amenity, for road users’ safety. It was subsequently installed by the developer at a cost of RM160,000.
