Kementerian Pembangunan Usahawan dan Koperasi (KUSKOP) , in collaboration with SME Bank and Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM), successfully led the Export Acceleration Mission (EAM) to THAIFEXโANUGA Asia 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand.
Driven by the Business Exports Program (BEP) and the collaborative PEEK initiative, this mission reflects the Governmentโs continued commitment to empowering Malaysian entrepreneurs, SMEs, and cooperatives to expand beyond domestic borders and strengthen their presence in international markets.
Led by YB Datuk Mohamad Bin Alamin, Deputy Minister of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development, the Malaysian delegation proudly showcased three (3) companies under SME Bankโs Business Exports Programme and ten (10) high-potential cooperatives under SKM at one of Asiaโs premier food and beverage trade exhibitions. The Malaysia Pavilion was officiated by YB Datuk Mohamad Bin Alamin, reflecting the Governmentโs steadfast commitment to accelerating the internationalisation of Malaysian entrepreneurs, SMEs, and cooperatives while expanding their footprint in the global markets.
The official opening of THAIFEXโANUGA Asia 2026 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, was done by Thailandโs Prime Minister, H.E. Anutin Charnvirakul, further underscored the vast regional and international trade opportunities available to Malaysian businesses and reinforced the importance of strengthening Malaysiaโs presence within the global marketplace.
Key Highlights of the Mission:

๐ธ A roundtable session with the Thai Chamber of Commerce to explore business and investment opportunities.
๐ธ Visits to True Digital Park, OTOP Community Development Department, and Jasberry Co., Ltd. to gain insights into innovation, community enterprise development, and sustainable business practices.
๐ธ Networking sessions with industry leaders, trade chambers, and the Malaysian business community in Thailand.
Through initiatives such as Export Acceleration Mission, KUSKOP, SME Bank, and SKM continue to champion the internationalisation of Malaysian businesses and cooperatives, creating new opportunities for exports, business growth, and sustainable economic development.
