Wong working as lecturer in KL but live in Sungai Buloh and Jason is his colleague and also his best friend who just bought a house for him to invest.

Son, where can I find a condo unit for 1400sf and above around KL ah cuz I’m tired of driving from my work to my home. The distance is very far. I can’t take it anymore! I want to use the time to spend time with my family better.
Jason :

I’m planning to rent this for student or foreigners cuz it is just next to MRT which is very convenience. Also, the reason why I want this condo is the strategic location. Do you remember last year event at MITEC? The condo is just opposite MITEC! How cool is that!

You know me la bro whatever I want to purchase I must do my research first. Well, let me tell you about this Developer. I found that non of their building ever collapse.
