To ease the claims process, Allianz Malaysia has waived the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) report for Non-Motor insurance claims related to this incident. For Motor insurance claims, police and Bomba reports are not required as per our standard practice.

Our team has been deployed to the site to assist authorities, customers, and non-customers with vehicle relocation.

Today’s fire disaster is a reminder of why house insurance matters.

There are two types of coverage that protect your home:

1️⃣ Houseowner Insurance – Covers the structure of your house.
2️⃣ Householder Insurance – Covers household contents like furniture, electrical appliances, and personal belongings.

If your policy only includes Houseowner Insurance, the damage to the house is covered—but you’ll have to replace everything inside with your own money.

Take a moment to check your coverage. Knowing what’s protected can make a big difference when disaster strikes.

Many people believe Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments aren’t claimable—but let me share Penny’s story.
Penny recently renewed her Allianz standalone PA plan. Shortly after, she got injured at the gym and immediately sought TCM treatment. Out of curiosity, she asked me whether her treatment could be claimed. I informed her that her PA plan covers accidental injuries, including TCM.

I'm not sure if it's because I've entered another stage of life, but I find myself attending more funerals than birthday parties these days. After attending three funerals recently, I've learned a few things:

1. A funeral is a major event that is never planned.
2. A funeral is a major event that can't be repeated.

Readers, I hope you don't misunderstand—I haven't entered the funeral service industry, nor am I trying to do any marketing copywriting in that field. Having gone through three funerals in a short period of time, I feel that God is prompting me to reflect on my life, understand His plan, and do His work.

I've begun asking myself a big, simple question: What is life? What are we supposed to do during our time on Earth? Should we fight and chase after fame and fortune? Or should we wait for all our problems to be resolved before enjoying life and spending time with family?

Yesterday, after returning from a funeral, I thought of my mom and immediately video-called her. I asked her to show me around the house and said hi to everyone. This taught me a valuable lesson: don't delay what you can do now. If you can do it now, do it now—just do it. That's why "now" is also called the "present"; it's a gift from God. We receive this present every single moment, so why are we still waiting for the next moment and saying "later" or "tomorrow"?
