本公司前員工 Lee Hong Keong(Nicholas) 已於 2025年7月10日 正式離職,自此與本公司不再存在任何僱傭或業務關係。
其於外界所涉及之個人行為或債務,均屬其本人責任,與本公司無關,本公司概不承擔任何責任。
若有人持續散布不實言論、中傷本公司或騷擾本公司員工,本公司將保留依法追究其民事及刑事責任之權利,並採取一切必要法律行動,以維護公司及員工的合法權益。

📌 補充說明:
• 2025年5月15日:該員工已錄製認錯影片並簽署悔過書,公司本著給予改過機會之精神,未即時開除。
• 然而,因其日後仍多次重犯,本公司遂於 2025年7月10日 決定正式開除。
• 報案紙與相關證據已存檔。

Please be informed:
Our former employee, Lee Hong Keong (Nicholas), officially ceased employment with the Company on 10 July 2025. Since then, he has had no employment or business relationship whatsoever with the Company.
Any personal actions or debts incurred externally are solely his own responsibility and have no connection to the Company. The Company shall not bear any liability in this regard.
Should anyone continue to spread false statements, defame the Company, or harass its employees, the Company reserves the right to pursue both civil and criminal liabilities in accordance with the law, and will take all necessary legal actions to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its employees.

📌 Additional Notes:
• 15 May 2025: The said employee recorded a video admitting fault and signed a letter of repentance. In the spirit of giving a second chance, the Company did not proceed with immediate dismissal.
• However, due to repeated misconduct thereafter, the Company decided to officially terminate his employment on 10 July 2025.
• Police reports and related evidence have been duly filed and archived.
