Requirements:
✅Only applicable for registered properties under the HOC Scheme

✅Only applicable for residential properties
✅Buyers and co-buyers must be Malaysian citizens

Did you know the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC) is back again?! It’s now extended until 31st Dec 2021! 🥰🥳

So what is HOC? 🏠
HOC is a Government initiative in collaboration with developers not just to encourage sales of unsold properties in the market, but also to provide financial relief to homebuyers wanting to purchase new houses.

Benefits under the HOC Scheme:
