Section 92

1. Semua insurens company wajib berkongsi data berkaitan coverage insurance dgn MOT

2. NCIR (Ratio Claim Insurance to Gross Premium) tertinggi ialah pd tahun 2014 & 2015, terrendah ialah tahun 2021

3. Kalau NCIR rate ialah 60%, mksdnya dari RM100 yg company terima dari org beli insurance, RM60 digunakan balik utk claim

4. Tahun lepas, 2023, NCIR Msia ialah 67% (Gross Premium RM9754, Net Claimed RM6509)

Section 93

1. Dlm insurens, security yg dimaksudkan ialah berbentuk wang yg mesti kena cover cost 3rd party kalau accident terjadi

2. Minimum jumlah security
- Public Vehicle - atleast RM40K
- Private Vehicle - atleast RM250k

3. Syarikat public transport wajib dptkan security dari insurens company

Section 94

1. Insurens company takboleh halang claim daripada 3rd party, walaupun tak report dlm masa 24jam

2. Contoh :
- Driver complete ada lesen and insurens, tetiba langgar org mabuk yg tetiba ad dkt tngh jalan, org mabuk boleh claim insurance driver tu
- Driver tak complete bawah umur and takda insurens, tetiba disodok dari blkg, driver boleh boleh claim insurens dari org yg langgar dia

ACT333 (Road Transport Act 1987) S90, S91

Section 90

1. Semua kenderaan ats jalan raya wajib ada insurens yg boleh cover utk 3rd party claim.

2. Penalti kalau takda insurens
- penjara 3 bulan
- saman RM1000
- lesen gantung 12 bulan

3. Kalau org yg drive kete takda lesen, then dia kena tahan polis, mahkamah kena buat notis perbicaraan dlm masa 6 bulan.

4. Penalti kpd driver yg takda insurens kete boleh dielakkan kalau :
- kete tu bukan kete driver
- kete tu milik company
- driver taktau wujudnya akta ni

Section 91

1. Semua policy insurens kete kena dtg dari company insurens yg dpt authorization dari kerajaan.

2. Polisi insurens wajib cover segala cos utk 3rd party yg terlibat dlm accident, yg terjadi sbb :
- kerosakan kete
- kerosakan jalan

3. Claim insurens takkan boleh diapproved kalau claim tu ialah claim :
- driver yg gunakan kete utk buat duit secara haram (Grab/Maxim)
- penumpang yg bayar driver secara haram
- contrak kerosakan

4. Polisi insurens takkan boleh guna selagi korg tak dpt sijil insurens (certificate of Insurance)

5. Kalau accident smpai level mangsa masuk hospital, insurens kena cover (biasanya bayar dlu baru claim dari company insurens) :
- RM400 utk inpatient treatment
- RM40 utk outpatient treatment
