Sometimes, the biggest challenge isn’t the illness itself.
It’s convincing ourselves that we should slow down and get checked.

This client, a mother and a working professional,
started experiencing stomach discomfort
and felt that her heartbeat wasn’t quite right.

Deep down, she knew something was wrong,
but she hesitated to go to the hospital.

Not because she wasn’t worried
about her health.
Because she was worried
about work.

Like many responsible mothers,
she was thinking about unfinished tasks,
commitments and the people depending on her.

When she contacted me,
I encouraged her to put her health first.
Work can wait. Your health can’t.

At the same time,
I worked together with the panel hospital doctor.
Before admission, the doctor requested an initial Guarantee Letter so she could proceed with treatment without unnecessary delays.

Most importantly, her husband didn’t have to panic over how much the hospital bill would cost.

She was admitted with peace of mind and could focus entirely on finding out what was causing her symptoms.

🏥 Total medical bill: RM14,699.10
✅ Claimed: RM12,948.43
⏳ Holter Test claim in progress: RM1,301.25
💰 Current patient payment: RM1,750.67

Once the Holter Test claim is approved:
💰 Estimated final out-of-pocket: RM449.42

One thing I’ve noticed after handling many claims:
People rarely delay admission
because they don’t have symptoms.
They delay because they’re worried about work,
family commitments or medical expenses.

That’s why having the right medical coverage
isn’t just about paying bills.
It’s about giving yourself PERMISSION to seek treatment when your body tells you something isn’t right.

If you’ve ever wondered
whether your medical card is sufficient,
or what would actually happen during an admission,
let’s review it together before you need to use it 📑

April came with little surprises that reminded me again why I’m thankful for what I do 💛

Grateful to receive these awards
but more than that
grateful for every client who trusted me
to be part of your protection planning journey

Thank God for His grace
and thank you to all my clients
for the trust, referrals and support along the way🥰

If it’s been some time since your last policy review
maybe this is your little reminder 😊

Let’s catch up and make sure your coverage
still fits your current stage of life✅

As usual, I’m just a DM away.

This message may seem simple, but to me, it means a lot.

When I joined this industry,
I told myself one thing:

I don’t want to be the kind of advisor
who only appears when signing a policy.

I want to be someone my clients
can genuinely rely on when
they have questions, need guidance,
feel lost about their policies,
or simply need someone to help.

Because to me,
insurance is never just about a policy.

It is about being there for people
when they need support the most.

And this is a value I still hold onto until today 💛

If you have insurance policies but feel like
no one is taking care of you anymore,
regardless of which insurance company,
feel free to DM me.

No pressure, no obligation
I’ll do my best to see how I can help 🤝🏼

Spent my weekend at a private school expo 🤓😚

Had many interesting conversations 💬
with parents about education funds
and protection planning for their children

Also met some fresh graduates doing part-time
who shared that they haven’t started planning
for medical card or protection yet..

It reminded me that
financial planning really has no “perfect timing”

Whether you’re a parent, just started working
or somewhere in between
having proper protection matters ✅

Thankful for the opportunity
and all the meaningful conversations
over the weekend ✨

If you’ve been wondering whether
your current protection is enough,
or not sure where to start
with medical card / future planning
feel free to dm me 📩

Happy to have a simple chat
and share some clarity 😊💕

It only took a moment.. A stranger accidentally knocked into her, she fell, and one of her hand bones broke 😫

Her first hospital admission was in mid-January. Thankfully, no surgery was required at that time. After treatment, she was discharged and went home to recover.

Everything seemed “settled”.

But recovery doesn’t always go as planned.
By early March, the pain became too much to handle. She had to be admitted again for further treatment.

Same injury.
Second admission.

This time, the bill came up to:
🏥 Total bill: 𝗥𝗠𝟴,𝟵𝟬𝟳.𝟱𝟱
✅ Claimed: 𝗥𝗠𝟴,𝟳𝟬𝟳.𝟱𝟱
💰 Patient paid: 𝗥𝗠𝟮𝟬𝟬

What many people don’t realise is this:
An accident or illness
doesn’t always end in one visit.

Sometimes, it comes in stages
follow-ups, complications
or additional treatments.

And when that happens, your coverage needs to be able to support you not just once, but throughout the whole recovery journey.

That’s why it’s important to understand how your medical card works, not just for “one hospital stay”, but for everything that might come after.

If you’re unsure whether your coverage is enough for situations like this, let’s review it together before you actually need it.

A little behind-the-scenes so you know it’s not as chill as it looks! 😎😛 don’t always NJHL already..

This job may look flexible, but every small thing I do is to make sure when something happens, you are sufficiently covered, not guessing.

If you have been meaning to review your policies
wanting to know how much coverage you have
you know where to find me 😉📩

See ya! 💛
