Real story to share, client that after a year got his medical plan, he’s been diagnosed with brain tumour at his 26 y/o, and his claim fall under reimbursement basis (pay & claim).. which he need to pay upfront around RM100k ++ 1st.

To be honest, it’s a Very BIG Sum of Money 🥹

But Why??

Bcuz medical card not only has “Waiting Periods” , but also “Claims Within 2 Years Are Contestable”.

Moral of story:

DO NOT Delay get urself covered! To minimise the damage when uncertainties hit us 🙏🥹
