For BG/SBLC Procedure:

The standard BG/SBLC system should run as follows:

*Both Parties A & B*
1. After Party A and Party B sign the "Contract Agreement", Party A will coordinate the filing with the issuing party (RWA and final BLC bank model template, CIS, passport, official bank email, bank information, quick code).

*Owner & Bank*
2. The bank officer of the receiving party sends a letter stating that he is ready to receive the certificate to the bank officer of the issuing party via email.

3. The issuing bank issues MT199/799 to the receiving bank.

4. The receiving bank replies with MT799 that it has received the letter of credit.

5. After receiving the answer, the issuing bank issues MT760.

6. After the recipient receives the MT760, payment will be made to the designated account within 3-5 working days.
After receiving the payment, the issuing bank will send the original document to the receiving bank via courier (negotiation).

7. The issuing party and the receiving party will confirm the time of arrival of the funds and settle the fees according to international practice. They will be settled at the same time after arrival.
