SOCIAL DISTANCING, FACE MASK, TEMPERATURE THERMOMETER, SANITIZER and CUSTOMERS RECORD BOOK. All the above to maintain good hygiene and to stop the pandemic from spreading.

. Reward & Recognition is key in a business setup. A lot of Mom and Pop business outlets & SME do not see the value of giving back to it's customers. They also don't see the value in Marketing and Branding. In this new digital age, industry competitors are giving a lot of options to the customers. Unless you can differentiate from your competitors, your business eventually becomes irrelevant. Customer loyalty comes with a price (Time, Service, Giving Back).
