MWA 1st Coffee Cupping ! ☕✨
Here’s how it went down:
1️⃣ Sniff the beans: Dive into the aroma of beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, and beyond.
2️⃣ Grind magic: Grinding the beans , fresh fragrances that had us all hooked.
3️⃣ Powder sniffing: Smelling the ground coffee was next-level.
4️⃣ Water transformation: Add hot water, and the aroma shifted dramatically. I even switched favorites—Liberia for the win!
5️⃣ Taste explosion: Citrus, chocolate, nuts, even smoky hints. The best part? Hilarious flavor descriptions: “bacon,” “smoke,” “cucumber.”
星期六早上，人生的第一次 Coffee Cupping... ☕✨
鼻子忙得停不下来，味蕾累到喊救命，但却是一种很爽的体验！😄
Step-by-step的 Coffee Cupping：
1️⃣ 闻豆子： 闭上眼，吸一口来自哥伦比亚、埃塞俄比亚等地咖啡豆的香气。虽然刚睡醒，可是我还是要努力记住你的味道。。。
2️⃣ 研磨时的香气大爆发： 磨豆子时，香气完全不同了！
刚睡醒不久的我，立刻醒了。。。
3️⃣ 闻咖啡粉： 豆子变成粉后，香味更集中，大家开始像专业品鉴师一样认真闻嗅。 哈哈~~
4️⃣ 加水后的神秘花香： 倒入热水的瞬间，香气变了。
一开始我最爱的那款豆，味道不一样了。我变心了，哈。。
好像比较喜欢当初不那么特出的另一款豆， My Liberia 。
5️⃣ 开始品尝： 喝的时候，不仅仅有苦，有柑橘的酸、黑巧克力的甜、坚果的香，还有玄米茶的香，味觉体验像坐过山车。
最有趣的是，大家在讨论时对味道的描述都超搞笑。
有腊肉味啦，烟味，黄瓜味 。。。哈哈
这一天不仅学会了喝咖啡，更学会了欣赏咖啡！ 👏
