1. 网站所有商品是以预购"的方式交易. Ready Stocks- there is kept stock.
2. 恕不议价！由于本店是向往数量所以把价格调到最低，所以不能再议价。除了 买量大，可以商量或是本店有优惠。
The price is FIXED because we are focus on QUANTITY,so the price will be the lowest price best adjusted from owner. But there will be excuses if bu
yer buy up to bigger amount or there is a promotion from shop.
3. 价钱不含运费，所有运费是由买家支付。所有商品由POS LAJU派出。
All price is not include postage, all stock will be send out by Pos Laju only.
4. 订单被确认之后，请在每批的截止日期之前汇款，如果逾期，订单将自动被取消。买家必需先支付100%的货款与运输费。
After orders have been confirmed, please make payment before the closing date for each batch of preorder, if overdue, orders will automatically be cancelled. We will only submit your order after you had bank in to us. The buyers shall pay 100% of the purchase price and postage.
5. 汇款后，请通知本店你的单号，姓名，汇款总数，汇款日期。方便我们容易处理。
After make payment, please inform us of your order number, name, total amount, and remittance date.
6. 由于不同显示器设置，产品的颜色可能略有差异。我们将描述它尽可能明确。请审慎考虑作出订单。
Because of the difference monitor setting, item's color may slightly difference. We will describe it as clearly as possible. Kindly consider carefully before make an order.
7. 如果某个产品列在一个不正确的价格，由于错误定价或图片。 Modern You 将有权拒绝或取消任何订单的产品。
Where there is an possibility that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing or pictures. Modern you will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product.

There might be a risk of purchase, consumers who can accept this just take order. This is to avoid future occurrence of unpleasant events.
9. 如收到商品有损坏,如有损外观或影响使用的破损，或大片难以清洗的污迹，可以退换或退款., 退货或換货的运输费买家自行负责。其他如少许线头/很小的污迹/太厚/太薄/色差/跟想象中的不一样/下过水褪色/小小的脱线/做工不精致 /衣服太大或太小等。皆无法退换货，无法接受者请勿购买，避免不必要的误会。
We only accept returning stock such as serious damage, big holes, and big part of stain that can’t wash. Return or exchange of stock is acceptable but buyer will responsible for the returning postage fees. Other issues such as small stains, thick or thin of the materials, colours not same with the picture, quality not good and size too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. If you can't accept this terms and condition, please DON'T buy to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding. Please report to us within 24 hours after you received.
10. 我们将不负责的任何材料的问题，如有一些小污点，污点的成分主要是油迹和粉尘,因为工厂不是无尘作业,所以商品上难免会，这些都是可以清洗的。
We will not responsible any material problem, small stain that is washable, color not as the picture and so on. Because the production might will have some dirt but these are washable.
11. 买家可以选其他货物与相同的价格的商品，好让断货时替换。断货不在我们的范围以内，所以买家需要有心里准备会有断货的可能性，但我们将会退款给您。介意的买家请不要下订哦！
Buyers may choose other items with same price to replace if out of stock. Stock may out of order (we will only know it when we place your order from supplier). There will be a REFUND if there is out of order. Please DON'T take order if you can't accept this issue.
12.预购的商品要等大约3-4 weeks（从每批的截止日期算起),
For Pre Order, the stock will be arrive around 3-4 weeks after we submit the order (estimate only). Please DON'T order if you can't wait.

Please note that your order, it has found a good supply though to you, and you have paid for us, but at the same time, there are other wholesalers factory orders, perhaps when discharged to your order when there will be shortage of stock, sold out or find the status of quality problems occur. Note: All clothes cannot be 100% sure it is available, we only know after make orders with the manufacturers.
请注意，在您下单后，虽然已查好货源给您，而且您也付了款给我们，但在同一个时间厂家那儿还有其他批发商的订单，也许当排到您的订单时，会有存货短缺，售完或是发现质量问题的状况发生。
注：所有商品不能100%确定有货，只能等到向厂家下单后才知道。
We will inform you that once this incident arises before we send the stocks to you and will wait for your reply whether willing to change to other stock which is available for you or out of the clothes, we will replenishment as much as possible before the deadline, if it does not make it, customers need not worry, your money is refundable for you (only for the item as facing for the above case mentioned).
一旦遇上以上状况，我们会通知您，好让您另选其它款式或是缺货的衣服我们会在截止前尽量帮顾客们补货，要是不补上，顾客们不必担心，我们愿意退款给您（只退款于有关衣服）。
All pictures shown may be varying from the actual stock. Actual colors of the items might differ due to lighting or monitor resolution；And, size measurement will be biased too.
所有的衣服都以实物为准，照片颜色只供参考，与实物会有偏差, 偶尔个别款式会因为电脑显示或灯光的问题，有轻微的色差；尺寸也会有偏差。
We do not accept any exchange/return of apparel under any circumstances or reason, such as: dislike the color or think that the color is different with the photo, size too small or big, too transparent, color different and other reason.
以下的理由，我们并不接受您要求换货/退货：-
a.不喜欢衣服的颜色 / 或是认为衣服颜色和照片里的颜色有偏差。
b.尺码太小或太大
c.衣服太薄
d.或是其它不合理的理由。
We are not entertaining any cancellation once order is confirmed and payment had been paid by customer. Please take note that goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable unless cause by quality issued such as ragged & dyeing of cloths.
请注意，商品售出后概不退还或更换，除非因质量原因，如染色或破烂，但如是人为造成并不受理。
Quality problems arise during delivery must contact us within 3 days and provide photo basis to determine the true quality of exchange with the same item. Note: We do not accept late complaints (over 3 days).

The following are not quality issues:
(1) Thread, fold, color different with photo

(3) and the picture slightly different kind, such as buttons, corners, tag
(4) A slight gap between the real and image quality, such as the material used, workmanship degree
以下情况不属于质量问题:
（1）线头、褶皱、色差
（2）不影响整体穿着的瑕疵，如里衬、边角等不明显处开线，缝制不齐，淡色衣服上的小暇斑、小污点
（3）实物与图片略有差别，如纽扣、边角、吊牌
（4）实物品质与图片稍有差距，如面料使用、做工精细度
Please understand that where each garment is a piece from the factory packaging, we can not be a piece for the customers check its quality, because the wholesale nature of the site is done, a week that a large number to packing and ship the clothes, we always try to reduce this problem.
敬请顾客们理解，每件衣服从厂家那儿都是一件件包装好了，我们无法一件件地为顾客们检查它的质量，只因本站是做批发性质，一个星期里会有大量的衣服要包裹及发货，我们始终在尽力地减少这个问题存在。
Final interpretation of these agreements goes to all sites. If you cannot accept the above regulations and statements, please do not order with us. If you order goods from us is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to accept the above agreement.
