🚀 Malaysia Property Market H1 2024: Strong Growth Ahead 🚀

The latest H1 2024 Property Market report highlights significant growth in both transaction volume and value:

🔹 Transaction volume increased by 8% YoY, with 198,906 transactions completed in the first half of the year.
🔹 Transaction value surged by 23.8%, totaling RM105.65 billion, reflecting higher-value deals and renewed investor confidence.
🔹 The residential sector leads the market with 61.3% of total transactions and a value contribution of RM49.43 billion (46.8%).
🔹 There’s strong demand in the luxury segment, with properties above RM1 million making up 19.6% of total transactions.
🔹 The Northern and Southern regions saw the most activity, accounting for 25.9% and 24.6% of the market.

Malaysia’s property market is bouncing back—now is the time to invest and seize the opportunities!
